Installing Oracle Unified Directory 11g R2 PS2

OUD belongs to the Oracle Identity & Access Management suite (the Directory Services offering to be precise)

Setting up OUD 11g (R2 PS2) is pretty simple.

  • It installs as a component within a managed server under a Weblogic domain
  • Provides a GUI based configuration and administration via Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) – which itself is a web application deployed on Weblogic.

Just download the latest OUD version (11g R2 PS2) from here, the installation doc from this link and get cracking !
